Welcome to Place Bonaventure!
Place Bonaventure is an architecturally significant condominium complex in St. John’s, Newfoundland and provides a prestigious home conveniently located in the centre of the oldest city in North America. Unit Owners are proud of our property and seek to ensure that the quality of life at Place Bonaventure continues to remain high.
The complex consists of two buildings that include 61 individual units ranging from 1000+ square feet to 2700+ square feet. Separating the two buildings is a courtyard featuring seating benches, a BBQ, and a reflecting pool. Designated parking spaces are located in the underground garages and each unit has a storage locker on the same floor as the unit. Each building includes a fitness room with exercise equipment and the complex has a general purpose meeting room with kitchenette and washroom.
The Place Bonaventure Condominium Corporation (PBCC) is governed by the Condominium Act, the Declaration, and the By-Laws and policies adopted by the Board of Directors. We strongly encourage all Unit Owners and Residents to read and understand these documents so that they are fully aware of the conditions associated with ownership.
The property is managed by a Board of Directors that is assisted by a Building & Grounds Maintenance Manager and Perennial Property Management Limited.
